Dear BSP member,

 We're pleased to invite you to the first General Assembly of the new BSP (issued from the merger of the former Belgian Society of Pathology with the Professional Union).

on **Wednesday, June 17th at 12AM** and will last approximately one hour.

Due to time constraints, the agenda will be limited and will not be followed by a symposium on hot topics as usual.

**Agenda:**

1. Approval of the agenda
2. Introduction by the president -Presentation of the new BSP, structure & working
3. Treasurer’s report
4. Approval of the financial statements of the accounting year 2025
5. Discharge of the directors of the accounting year 2025
6. Projections on the future – discussions and speculations
7. Miscellaneous and Q&A

**Who can participate:**

All effective BSP members who have paid their membership fee are entitled to participate in the General Assembly whether in person or by proxy. (only one proxy per person)
