Gynaecological Pathology

The Belgian Working Group for Gynaecological Pathology was created in 2016. 

Aims

• To advance the knowledge and good practice of Gynaecological pathology
• To encourage interaction between pathologists with a shared subspecialist interest 
• To stimulate scientific research by sharing experience and increasing the collective number of cases of unusual pathologies
• To collaborate with other societies and study groups with an interest in Gynaecology
• To organise teaching sessions and symposia
• To propose guidelines for improving the diagnostic accuracy, the appropriate use of ancillary techniques and new tests and the standardization of the pathological report
• To make consensus statements about any issue related to gynaecological pathology
