Working Groups & Committees

The BSP has working groups and committees. While the working groups are rather organ and/or pathology specific, the committees deal with topics that cut accross the working groups, e.g. standardized structured reporting, digital pathology and artificial intelligence.
Both are platforms for our members with a common interest for sharing expertise and knowledge in a specific domain.  They play an important role in giving scientific advice, preparing statements, guidelines, educational programs and proposals for the Belgian Week of Pathology.
They represent the BSP in affiliated congresses and organisations, and fall under the supervision of the sections of Professional Interest & Qualty and Education & Training.
The working groups and committees are open to all BSP members. If you would like to be active in one or more of them, please feel free to contact the chair or the secretary of the WG.
