The recently founded Belgian Haematopathology working group is a group whose aim is to study the pathological aspect of the haematopoietic and lymphoid diseases and to promote and enhance the exchange and dissemination of knowledge in haematopathology by organizing educational meetings and symposia for its members and other interested professionals. We also aim to improve the quality of diagnosis in a multidisciplinary way by developing protocols and guidelines for the benefit of patients and clinicians. Another goal is to stimulate research in Haematopathology by actively supporting and participating in national and international trials.
