We invite our members to join the VIRTUAL BSP General Assemby on Tuesday 2 December 2025 at 10:00,
Koen Van de Vijver, Olivier Delaere and Romaric Croes, will chair the meeting from the registered office in Ixelles, Kroonlaan 20. They are responsible for the valid composition and conduct of this digital general assembly.
Agenda
- Approval of the acceptance of the net assets of VBS/GBS AP after dissolution.
- Approval of the coordinated articles of association with expansion of the purpose and activities. In doing so, the members take note of the amended internal regulations with delegation matrix.
- (Collective) resignation of the current directors and (re)appointment of the new BSP Board (maximum 10 directors).
- Discharge of the directors.
- Varia.

Who can participate:
All BSP members who have paid their membership fee are entitled to participate in the General Assembly whether in person or by proxy. (max 2 proxy votes per person)
